Bev Atseff not only weaves with fibers, but she also weaves with various metal jump rings to create one-of-a-kind chainmaille jewelry pieces. Each ring is opened with pliers, woven into a pattern, and closed. Bev works with various colored rings made of aluminum, brass, and copper, as well as sterling silver. Prices are determined based on the metals used and the time needed to create the piece. Bev enhances some of the designs with beads, crystals, pearls, and pieces by other American glass artists.
